Our compensation is based on a small monthly residual percentage of your total bill we receive from our telecom carrier partners. As a result, we’re able to offer the highest level of service and support at no charge to our customers. More importantly, this fee will in no way affect your service rate. In fact, because we can often provide you access to otherwise inaccessible rates, using AstoundCom can sometimes reduce your overall monthly bill. It’s a win-win situation.

Why do the carriers partner with AstoundCom?
As an authorized sales and support agency, we handle many of the critical account management functions for them, like billing, additions or deletions or address and service changes. Will charges from AstoundCom ever appear on my bill?

For technical and emergency support, you should first call the service provider directly. Though we’re not direct involved in 1st level technical support, we’re made aware of your problem immediately and we aid the provider in solving your problem. Additionally, we handle all account management functions and can help you with address changes, billing questions, additions or changes. You can always turn to us with any account management questions.

Can I continue to work with my existing carrier representative?
We’ll work with the carrier you choose to find the best situation for you. Our relationships with our partners allow us to ensure you receive the services and support that meet your specific needs.

Am I risking anything by using AstoundCom?
Absolutely not. Our services are FREE; we work with industry-leading providers; and we can access rates and plans, provide you with quotes, order service and support your account across multiple providers.
